World Athletics Championships

In August 2017, our very own Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park will light up for a spectacular summer of world Athletics. This is set to be one of the biggest global sporting events of the year as both Usain Bolt and Mo Farah will make their final bows in track and field obviously aiming to sign off record breaking careers with yet more gold medals.

Bastille Day in London

This year, Bastille Day falls on Friday 14th July; there is no better place in London (à mon avis) to enjoy this famous French National Day than at Colbert Restaurant, which sits beautifully on Sloane Square, and neatly at the corner points of Chelsea, Knightsbridge & Belgravia.

Is 2017 going to be the best Wimbledon ever?

Several years on, it is still the same notorious duo who are firm favorites to take the Wimbledon title. I am obviously talking about Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. After a couple of years of taking a break from the tennis throne, these fiercely competitive individuals are back at it again, pushing each other to new levels, forcing each other to play some of the best tennis they have ever play in their careers. This is surprising considering they are both in their thirties.
