Few trips to London are purely business or purely leisure. When work appears, our guests look for somewhere considered rather than simply convenient.
Being in a quieter corner of Victoria means several well-designed workspaces sit within easy reach, each suited to a different rhythm of day. Some lend themselves to calls, others to longer stretches of focus.
Over time we have come to know the places our guests gravitate towards. Not the busiest, not the most obvious, but the ones where people tend to settle in and stay longer than planned.
Below is a short guide to our guests’ favourites, all within an easy walk of the hotel.
5. WeWork 123 Buckingham Palace Road
www.wework.com/buildings/123-buckingham-palace-road--london
Approx. 6-minute walk
WeWork on Buckingham Palace Road is a recognisable option for visitors who already use the brand in other cities. The Victoria location is larger and busier than the others nearby but provides plenty of desks, booths and shared areas.
Guests tend to choose it when they want a structured office atmosphere or already hold a membership. Keep reading to see which working spaces our guests like more.

4. Spaces Victoria

Approx. 6-minute walk from Eccleston Square Hotel
Coming in at number four in our top five, this coworking space at 25 Wilton Road sits just moments from Victoria Station, offering excellent connectivity in the heart of central London. With national rail, Underground lines and Victoria Coach Station all nearby, it’s an easy base for working between meetings or catching up on emails before your next journey.
The space has a more social coworking style, with communal tables, breakout areas and meeting rooms available. Set within Victoria’s busy commercial district, it’s a good option for travellers looking for flexible desk space in a lively but professional environment.

3. By Grosvenor at 25 Eccleston Place

Approx. 4-minute walk
This boutique workspace in Eccleston Yards is number three in our guest’s top five working spaces. The interiors are modern, comfortable and quietly stylish, creating an easy place to settle in and focus. Many guests choose it for small meetings nearby, or simply as a calm setting to work for a few hours between plans. Its proximity to the hotel also makes it ideal for short, productive sessions during the day.
Just outside, Eccleston Yards adds to the charm. Set within a traffic-free quadrangle that once powered the surrounding neighbourhood, the space has been transformed into a beautiful courtyard plaza. Today it’s home to a collection of restaurants and cafés with generous outdoor seating, and in the warmer months the courtyard fills with people enjoying long lunches and relaxed alfresco dining.

2. Fora Victoria
www.foraspace.com/london-workspaces/thomas-house
Approx. 2-minute walk from Eccleston Square Hotel
Fora at Thomas House, near Victoria is the co-workspace our guests recommend most often during their stay. It is close enough to feel convenient yet calm enough to work in for several hours without interruption. The atmosphere is quieter than nearby cafés and feels more like a members lounge than an office.
Guests regularly mention the reliable WiFi, comfortable seating and the ease of taking calls. For travellers working across time zones it works particularly well because it remains peaceful throughout the day. Many returning business travellers treat it as their daytime base while staying at the hotel.
Best for focused work sessions and video calls in a calm environment.

Coming in at number one — and undoubtedly the most convenient of all — is, drumroll…. Eccleston Square Hotel! For guests who prefer not to venture out, several rooms include a small private office space, ideal for taking a call or enjoying a quiet hour of work.
The Minotti Lounge also offers a comfortable setting to open a laptop or meet informally, while a private meeting room is available for more focused conversations. Our team is always happy to recommend the best spot, whether within the hotel, in Eccleston Square’s beautiful residential Gardens or in one of the nearby coworking spaces.
