I have stayed at this hotel many times before, and it is always a pleasure to come back here. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spotless, and I can almost guarantee you the best sleep you can get in all of London, thanks to the uber-comfortable Hästens beds. I also very much like the quiet and cosy location.
